Delivery Terms

  • Your Account

To be able to place an order in our bookshop Ksiazka.uk you need to create your Account. We need your address, email, mobile number to be able to finalise your order. You can create your Account during your payment -at the end of your shopping with us- or you can start with this and already use the full options of your Account- like creating your Wishlist while browsing our offer.

  • Prices and taxes

The prices of products displayed on our website include any tax and is a final price for your products. We deal with all taxes that are really complicated after Brexit, so you have a peace of mind. Your order will be sent from our warehouse in the UK and there are not any further fees related to your parcel at it’s collection or delivery.

  • Delivery fee

We charge a delivery fee of £1.90, added automatically to each order below £30. Each order worth £30 or mor eis delivered free of charges. Please look at the table below to check your delivery options.

  • Delivery time

Next to each product in our shop you can see the delivery time: 24h or 10 days. Product with the 24h sign is physically available in our warehouse in the UK and can be sent within 24 hours since your order has been placed (counting working days). The product marked as available within 10 days might be on the way to our warehouse or needs to be imported from our polis warehouse- it means that the maximum time for this product to be sent to you might be up to 10 working days. But it might mean that you would get your parcel much quicker as we have regular transports from Poland and we keep our stock very well filled.

If you are looking for a quick delivery, please try to find a product available within 24h – you can also buy a next day courier delivery.

If you buy in one order the products with different delivery time, please take in consideration the longest waiting time. If you have in your order the product from presell offer, please consider the date of the premiere of the title on the market as an approximative time of your order’s dispatch. The order is going to be sent in one parcel, once all the bought items ready to be sent.

  • Posting of the parcel

The parcels are sent with Royal Mair or DPD. You are going to be sent your parcel’s tracking number via email confirming your parcel’s dispatch.

  • Payments

We offer different ways of payment for your order: online card payment, PayPal and on the phone calling on our office number between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm tel: 07506 111 111

  • Dispatching of your parcel

Once your payment confirmed, you will get an email with your order’s number and we will start the process of picking and packing of your order.

  • Order’s alterations

  • Vouchers

Pre-paid Books Vouchers is a very popular and thoughtful present. We prepared three Vouchers of three different values: £15, £35, £50. You can buy it just in the same way as other products and the Voucher will be sent to you in electronic version on your email address- ready for printing or forwarding to the person you want to offer it to.

  • A Gift-order

In Kisiazka.uk you have an option to buy books or other products from our offer and have them sent to you or other person as a gift. To choose this option you need to click on a gift option in your basket just before the payment. You can also drop your wishes that we will print and send with the gift. It means that the products purchased in such order will be beautifully wrapped and your note or wishes will be sent accordingly. We will not include the invoice in the parcel too. The gift option cost £3.50 and the fee will be added automatically to your final sum to pay.

  • Returns and Complaints

You can send back the products purchased from us up to 14 days since the delivery of the parcel- if the products are in intact condition. To do so please contact us on our email ksiazka@ksiazka.uk and we will provide the following instructions. The return will be posted to our UK warehouse.
